Community Education

Public Forums and Workshops

The Center educates the community on local, national and global social justice issues affecting immigrants and refugees. In addition to holding public forums, the Center offers workshops that enable participants to work together across cultural lines, to develop a thorough knowledge of the dynamics of immigration and influences of immigration policy, and to take collective action.

Collaboration with Other Groups

When possible, the Center for Intercultural Organizing collaborates with other organizations to strengthen and support existing efforts to bring visibility to immigrant and refugee issues.
