CIO’s 2011 Legislative Agenda

CIO is working in 2011 to give legislators the right tools to engage and support Oregon’s growing immigrant and refugee communities. Every state policy decision impacts immigrants and refugees, but no state agency examines this impact. We’re hurting individuals, businesses, and families, and spreading state dollars around inefficiently. Lawmakers don’t have the right tools.
